Nobody says that. You should know that wealth, power and white (and male) are correlates in this world, and that a lot of that wealth is based on people from technologically advanced backgrounds in Europe pouring (as you put it) into less advantaged places round the globe and basically plundering them. So just quit going on about British white victimisation, because it doesn’t exist. Disadvantage exists, but not associated with pale skin colour. If you didn’t persistently see social problems through a wonky prism of race you would realise that.
